Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of hotel accommodation / lodgings

1. Groups

If a reservation for only hotel accommodation with or without breakfast, is made for a group (>2 rooms), the cancellation policy of that reservation is as follows:

a. If canceled more than 3 months before the day of arrival, the Customer is not obliged to pay any compensation to the hotel company.
b. If canceled more than 2 months before the day of arrival, the Customer is obliged to pay 50% of the total booking costs.
c. If canceled more than 1 month before the day of arrival, the Customer is obliged to pay 70% of the total booking costs.
d. If canceled more than 14 days before the day of arrival, the Customer is obliged to pay 90% of the total booking costs.
e. If canceled more than 7 days before the day of arrival, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the total booking costs.

2. Individuals

If a reservation for only hotel accommodation with or without breakfast, is made for individuals:

a. If canceled more than 1 month before the day of arrival, the Customer is not obliged to pay any compensation to the hotel company.
b. If canceled more than 14 days before the day of arrival, the Customer is obliged to pay 50% of the total booking costs.
c. If canceled more than 7 days before the day of arrival, the Customer is obliged to pay 75% of the total booking costs.
d. If canceled more than 3 days before the day of arrival, the Customer is obliged to pay 90% of the total booking costs.
e. If canceled more than 1 day before the day of arrival, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the total booking costs.
